ACG OLADEJI JOINS FORCES WITH HIS WORKFORCE TO FELICITATE WITH CG ADENIYI ON HIS ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE
Congratulatory messages are pouring in from elated officers of the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), rejoicing with their indefatigable Comptroller General, known otherwise as 001 on his graduation with a PhD in leadership and Security Studies from the Federal University of, Lokoja today.
Joining in the plethora of good wishes are the officers and men of the Finance, Administration/Special Duties Department.
The Assistant Comptroller General (ACG) in charge, IK Oladeji, who doubles as the National Co-ordinator of Operation Whirlwind-the Nemesis of Petroleum Smugglers, eulogized the tenacity of the Comptroller General, Bashir Adewale Adeniyi, PhD, MFR, in any project he sets his eyes on.
Saying the Comptroller General’s renewed determination, vigour and vision has catapulted the Service as a crucial enabler of the nation’s economy, he saluted the Comptroller General and Chairman of the World Customs Organization (WCO) Council for raising the bar in all the mandates of the Service, namely bolstering revenue profile, intelligence-driven anti-smuggling operations, genuine trade facilitation, workers welfare, digitization of the operations of the Service as well as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
ACG Oladeji enlisted his officers’ loyalty to the Comptroller General and wished him well in the years ahead.
