CELEBRATING MARITIME WATCH @ 23
The 23rd Anniversary Lecture/Awards Conferment of Maritime Watch Newspaper will take place on Saturday, 21st September, 2024, at Lagos Airport Hotel, Lagos, Nigeria.
The theme of the lecture is Arms Smuggling and the Security Challenge in Nigeria: The Role of Nigeria Customs Service. The lecture will be delivered by the Comptroller General of Customs, Bashir Adewale Adeniyi, as the Guest Speaker.
The Chairman of the occasion is Mr. Salu Olakunle Ibraheem, Chairman/CEO, Brazo Nigeria Limited while the Special Guests of Honour are Dr. Dayo Mobereola, Director General, Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency; Dr. Abubakar Dantsoho, Managing Director of Nigerian Ports Authority; Alhaji Sulaiman Olaseinde, CEO, KAF Aluminium Ventures Limited, and Barrister (Chief) Adekunle Funmilayo, a Legal Luminary.
Some eminent Nigerians who have contributed to the growth of Maritime Watch newspaper over the years and the nation at large will be given various categories of awards.
