COMPT BALOGUN SAYS THE CG IS A RECORD BREAKER; AS OFFICERS & MEN OF FOU ‘C’ CONGRATULATE BASHIR ADEWALE ADENIYI, PhD
Comptroller BA Balogun of the Federal Operations Unit, ( FOU) zone ‘C’ Owerri, says his officers and men are more than ever excited at the several progressive feats recorded by their Comptroller General, Bashir Adewale Adeniyi, PhD, MFR in the last two years, the current one being the clinching of a PhD in leadership and Security Studies from the Federal University, Lokoja.
The FOU Boss noted that the Comptroller General has broken several records in positive forms, taking the image of the Service to greater heights even beyond the Nigerian shores.
The officers felicitated with the Comptroller General, assuring him of their continuous loyalty and support.
Balogun reeled out the achievements of the Comptroller General of customs cum Chairman of the World Customs Organization (WCO) Council, to include but not limited to the high revenue profile, intelligence-driven anti-smuggling operations, genuine trade facilitation, digitization of the operations of the service as well as enhanced Corporate social responsibility (CSR).
Noting that the Comptroller General’s positive contributions to the nation’s economy was unprecedented, he wished him better feats in the years ahead.
The Comptroller General is among graduands awarded a PhD at the 9th convocation of the Federal University Lokoja today.
