CHANGE OF BATON AT THE EASTERN MARINE COMMAND; AS D/COMPT EDET TAKES CHARGE
There is a change of baton at the Eastern Marine command in Port Harcourt.
A new Acting Area controller, Deputy Comptroller Edet has just been appointed to take charge.
He replaced the former Acting Area Controller, Deputy comptroller Eset who has proceeded on retirement.
At a brief handover in Port, both officers expressed appreciation to the Comptroller General, Bashir Adewale Adeniyi, PhD, MFR, for the honour to be considered for such a responsibility.
Edet pledged to sustain the tempo of hardwork as exemplified by his predecessor.
